A considered approach
The service presence is as deliberate as the finish.
Our battery-powered setup helps reduce unnecessary noise, while our service vehicle, equipment, and work area are maintained to present appropriately at a home or workplace. We arrive prepared, work with restraint, and leave the space in order.
The experience around the work matters. A composed appointment and a deliberate handoff are part of the same standard applied to the vehicle.
- Quiet, professionally presented mobile operation
- Owner-led review before the appointment
- Final quality review before vehicle handoff
Condition-led care
The vehicle determines the plan.
A high-value or consistently maintained vehicle does not automatically require the broadest package. We review current condition, recent care, priority areas, and the desired outcome before recommending Foundation, Signature, or The White Glove.
Interior surfaces receive controlled, material-appropriate care rather than unnecessary saturation. Leather in a maintenance-level service receives maintenance care; deeper or restorative needs are reviewed separately.
Protection compatibility
We ask what is already protecting the vehicle.
Wax, sealant, ceramic coating, paint-protection film, vinyl wrap, matte or satin finishes, and refinished panels should be identified before service. This information prompts owner review so the cleaning and finishing approach can be matched appropriately; it does not mean every material or condition is automatically accepted.
If protection is due, the owner can confirm a compatible finishing path. If recent protection is still performing, unnecessary layering can be avoided.
- Existing protection type and approximate application date
- PPF, vinyl wrap, matte, satin, or refinished panels
- Sensitive interior materials or areas requiring special review
The White Glove
Comprehensive care without implied correction.
The White Glove is our most comprehensive current non-correction service. It can include full decontamination and clay treatment when appropriate, expanded wheel-well and fine-detail care, deeper attention to carpet and fabric surfaces, and a deliberate final presentation.
Typical planning ranges are 3.5–4.5 hours for a sedan or coupe, 4.5–5.5 hours for a small SUV or crossover, and 5.5–6.5 hours for a large SUV or truck. The final expected window is confirmed after the vehicle and location review.
It does not include machine polishing, swirl removal, scratch removal, or paint correction. Correction-level expectations are identified before work begins.
- Comprehensive decontamination based on actual need
- Deeper carpet, fabric, and fine-detail attention
- No implied polishing or paint correction
Choosing the right level
Every package works toward a defined standard of finish.
Foundation may be appropriate for a consistently maintained vehicle. Signature creates more room for an inside-and-out reset. The White Glove is reserved for the broadest current non-correction scope or a condition that justifies the additional time.
The recommendation follows the vehicle and intended outcome—not its badge. Severe stains, odors, pet hair, sand, spills, restorative leather needs, or other conditions can still require an addition or separate owner review at any package level.
